β 1. Refund Policy for Online Programs (Live or Recorded Courses)
Students enrolling in our online programs (such as live classes, video courses, or digital learning packages) are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
π Within 7 Days of Enrollment
A 50% refund will be processed if the request is made within the first 7 days of enrollment.
This applies regardless of whether the student has accessed the content or not.
π Within 14 Days of Enrollment
A 30% refund will be provided if the request is made between 8 -15 days after enrollment.
After this window, no refunds will be entertained.
β No Refund after 14 days of enrollment.
Note: Refunds are applicable only for full course purchases. Refunds are not applicable for e-books, downloadable content, or special offers/packages.

π« 2. Refund Policy for Offline Programs (Classroom Learning at Branches)
Students enrolled in physical classroom programs at TopperWallah branches are eligible for refunds under the following terms:
π 7-Day Trial Period
Students can attend the first 7 days of classes as a trial period.
If they decide to cancel within this period, no cancellation charges will be applied on that period.
π Within 30 Days of Batch Start Date
If cancellation is requested within 30 days from the batch start date, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
π Within 60 Days of Batch Start Date
If cancellation is requested between 31 to 60 days from the batch start date, 30% of the fee will be refunded.
(Normal admission charges will not be refunded)
β No Refund after 60 days of batch commencement.
Note: Refunds are calculated from the official batch start date, not from the date of joining or attendance.

To request a refund, students or parents must follow these steps:

- Full name of the student
- Registered mobile number and email
- Course name or batch details
- Payment reference or transaction ID
- Reason for requesting the refund

π Refund requests will be reviewed and acknowledged within 10 business days of receiving the email.
β After successful verification of the refund claim, the approved amount will be processed within 15β30 business days.
π³ Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank account, UPI, or card used during registration).

Refunds are not applicable for:
- Downloadable content or printed study materials once issued
- Competitions, webinars, one-time workshops, and special events
- Courses purchased under discounts, offers, or scholarships
TopperWallah reserves the right to reject refund requests in the following cases:
- Violation of our terms of service
- Misuse of platform or content
- Suspicious or repeated refund attempts
